Hi! I’m Elliott. (they/them)

I’m your photographer, advocate, supporter, and friend. Think of me like a personal cheerleader, always gushing over how amazing you look, and eager to add fun and levity to your session.

But don’t expect any acrobatics; I learned long ago that flips and cartwheels don’t come naturally to me!

I fell in love with photography in a high school elective, working with film in a darkroom. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade capturing people in their truest form.

I’m not here to cram you into whatever mold society deems most acceptable; I’m here to help you shatter that mold and stand confidently as you are.

I came out as a lesbian in my late 20s, and began exploring my gender identity shortly after. A year later, I found myself the subject of extreme discrimination in the workplace; it was the start of a new job, and the first one where I’d been out from the start. The experience diminished what little confidence I had in my newfound identity, and left me unsure of where to go next.

In an act of self care, I booked a queer boudoir session with another photographer. Being in the shoes of the client made me acutely aware of just how important it is to have photographers that understand the nuances of the queer identity. That experience allowed me to gain a greater understanding of and comfort with my genderqueerness, and feel empowered in my presentation. After that, I chose to pursue photography full-time, with specific focus on the queer community.

I aim to provide my clients with an empowering experience centered around exploration of self, authenticity, inclusivity, and self-love. I’m here to help you step into your power, break down barriers, and celebrate all aspects of your beautiful self.
